Gloria Trevi: Old abuse case is revived in new accusations against the singer

In mid-2000, Gloria Trevi and Sergio Andrade were arrested in one of pop culture’s biggest sex scandals, accused of creating a secret abuse ring in Mexico. Gloria Trevi and Sergio Andrade: Remember the case

With a total of 30 pages, the new civil action filed by the two women, who are treated by Rolling Stone USA as jane does, reveals how both young women would have been attracted to the duo. In the case of the first, it all started in the summer of 1991, when the girl was 15 years old.

Living with her family in Puebla, Mexico, the young woman met Gloria Trevi during an event near the office of Andrade in Mexico City. Invited to an audition that could kick-start her stardom, the young woman moved to Mexico City and became part of the duo’s supposed program. It was then that trevi stepped in, stating that Sergio had “strict rules” about friendships during the program and that, therefore, jane doe 1 now he would have to find a way to stay in the training group. Scared, the girl talked to Andradewho, in response, would have stated that “if she wanted to stay in the group, she would have to have sex with him,” according to the lawsuit.

“[Jane Doe 1] didn’t want to have sex with [Andrade]but I felt extreme pressure because I admired [Trevi] and [Andrade], who were adults, and she wanted to stay in the group and didn’t know what else to do,” the lawsuit alleges. The problem is that, while the young woman was only 16 years old, Sergio had already turned 36.

With that, the rapes began, but the aggressions did not stop at the sexual level. In the case of jane doe 2, the nightmare began in June 1989, when she was 13 years old.
