Ozzy Osbourne announced retirement from the stage. The 74-year-old musician shared a note on social networks and revealed that he had suffered an accident that damaged his spine, in addition to facing surgeries and other health problems that complicate the possibility of playing shows.
“This is probably the hardest thing I’ve ever had to share with my loyal fans,” he wrote. “My one and only purpose during that time was to get back onstage. My voice is fine for singing. However, after three operations, stem cell treatment, endless therapy sessions, and most recently a groundbreaking exoskeleton treatment, my body is still physically weak,” he continued.
