Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin celebrate silver wedding

Last Tuesday, the 75-year-old actor of the films “Rocky” and “Rambo” and his 53-year-old wife, actress and fashion model Jennifer Flavin congratulated each other on the 25th anniversary of family life. The couple shared on their social networks a number of joint pictures from different years and wrote touching posts with declarations of love.

There are not enough words to describe how much this incredibly selfless, dedicated and patient woman means to me! I want us to spend another 25 years together! Thank you honey,” Stallone wrote.

Flavin commented on her husband’s post, and then also posted a touching congratulation on her blog.

Happy 25th wedding anniversary to us! Thank you for always making me laugh, love and protect our beautiful family! Our marriage gets better every year! I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with you, she concluded.

Stallone and Flavin met in 1988 at a restaurant in Beverly Hills, California. The couple tied the knot nine years later, in 1997. Note that in 1994, the lovers broke up for a short time when Flavin found out about Stallone’s affair with supermodel Janice Dickinson, but a year later they were together again. The couple has three daughters together: 19-year-old Scarlett, 23-year-old Sistina and 25-year-old Sofia. In addition to his daughters, the actor also has a 43-year-old son Sirgeo Stallone from a previous marriage to Sasha Zach. Recall that the former couple lost their second son, Sage, in 2012 – he tragically died of a heart attack at the age of 36.
