5 easy ways to boost immunity:

  1. Drink a decoction of wild rose and natural vitamin C in its purest form. It is simply impossible to overdo it with these folk medicines: the body will absorb the vitamin in exactly the amount that it lacks.
  2. Go barefoot more often – within reason, of course. You shouldn’t go crazy for the city and walk on the downtown asphalt without shoes. But if you go out of town and the weather is whispering, feel free to walk barefoot on the grass.
  3. Limit yourself to stress and don’t let depression set in. In fact, fooling a bad mood is a lot easier than you might think. For example, learn not to worry about nonsense and find moments of joy even in small things.

  5. Prefer not black or green, but herbal tea. A hot drink from chamomile, immortelle, birch buds and St. John’s wort will not increase immunity worse than pills.
