Less than two years after announcing its largest partner class in the agency’s history with 19 agent-partner states, UTA is back, this time with 26 employees promoted to 15 divisions.

The new partners, now the largest team in UTA’s 31-year history, include agents and executives from film literature and talent groups, unscripted television, business, artistic production, sports, MediaLink, media rights, UTA speakers, talent digital, UTA. IQ and music, as well as the human and legal resources of corporate departments. More than 40% of new couples are women or people of color.

Today’s news comes amid further turmoil in the Hollywood agency landscape as CAA’s proposed acquisition of ICM Partners awaits approval, forcing some ICM employees to temporarily leave. As for UTA, the agency increased its staff to 100 last year.
