As part of the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the release of “Libertinage”, Bersuit Vergarabat arrives at the Teatro Ópera de La Plata.
The appointment will take place on Saturday, September 9 from 8:00 p.m. and advance tickets are already on sale.
“Libertinage” is one of the records that have become pillars of Bersuit and, moreover, it was the first that made them rise to position themselves among the leading groups of Spanish-speaking music.
It was produced by Gustavo Santaolalla, who heard the songs and immediately decided to participate in order to consolidate them and maximize the power of each of them.
And the result is in sight, as it is one of the most impactful albums in history, a conglomeration of songs that the public has appropriated.
The powerful anthem “Mr. Collection”, which reflected the Argentine reality of the time, was immediately censored by the local government and quickly spread throughout the continent, which was reflected in the reality experienced in several countries.
Other songs like “Yo Tomo”, “El Estallido” and “Murguita del Sur” inspired an entire generation to raise the flag of freedom and protest.
