Netflix: new films released online (week of October 1st to 8th)

  • Three horror films to see

The month of October is finally here, and whoever says October obviously says Halloween, and with it its share of horror films. And Netflix spoils us from this October 1st, the platform (re) put online three unmissable feature films : the first two films Evocationas well as’Annabella 2. If you haven’t seen them yet, the first two parts of Conjuring, directed by James Wan and based on true events, introduce us to Ed and Lorraine Warren, a famous couple of demonologists, which will help families get rid of demonic entities. It’s also inside Evocation 2 that we discover for the first time the demon Valak, or better known as The Nun…

In the second part of the saga Annabellalet’s go back to the sources since the film is set before the other parts of the saga Evocationin 1958. The feature film is set in the house of a doll maker and his wife, who take in a good sister and six young girls after their orphanage closes.   • The Céline Sciamma collection

Essential French director, Céline Sciamma is in the spotlight this October on Netflix. This week’s big series on Netflix is ​​the arrival of part 3 of Lupine which will be available on October 5th. Always worn by Omar Sy, it tells the daily life of Assane, now on the run, who tries to protect Claire and Raoul, closely followed by the police and the media after recent events. Assane will clash with old enemies, ready to do anything to stop him.

Also on October 5, Netflix will release the first season of teenager series Everything now.
