Mother and sister publicly congratulated Britney Spears on a wedding they were not invited to

Last Thursday, 40-year-old Britney Spears became the legal wife of 28-year-old dancer and coach Sam Asgari. The wedding was held on a grand scale and gathered star guests, but the singer’s father, mother and sister were not invited for obvious reasons – as you know, Britney has been in a confrontation with relatives since the time of guardianship, from which she was released last fall.

However, the lack of an invitation did not stop the mother of the star, 67-year-old Lynn Spears, from congratulating her daughter on the Internet. She left a tender comment under a post that Britney posted to her blog on Friday.

You look radiant and so happy! Your wedding is the wedding of your dreams! And the fact that she went home makes her very sentimental and special! I am so happy for you! I love you! she wrote.

Britney’s younger sister, 31-year-old Jamie Lynn Spears, did not comment on the publication, but liked the photos from the celebration. Britney left her mother’s congratulations unanswered.

Recall that Spears and Asghari met in 2016 on the set of the Slumber Party video, but got engaged only in the fall of 2021, shortly after the star was released from custody. For Britney, the engagement was a real event, because being under the control of her father, she could not independently decide with whom to connect her life – Jamie Spears forbade Britney to marry and have children. Since their engagement, Spears and Asghari have enjoyed a string of romantic getaways, seen in Hawaii, Las Vegas, and the luxury Mexican resorts of Cabo San Lucas and Cancun. In April of this year, the couple announced that expecting a babyand already in May they tragically lost their first child in early pregnancy. However, lovers are not going to give up trying to conceive a baby.
