Four months after directly ordering the series, Netflix announced its cast. Sun brothers.

The eight-episode series, described as an action-packed black comedy Family Soap, takes place in Los Angeles and Taiwan and includes a hall of all-Asian writers and all-Asian actors. The drama revolves around Taipei gangster Charles Sun, who goes through his life as a ruthless killer. But when his father is shot by a mysterious assassin, Charles must head to Los Angeles to protect his mother and his completely unconscious younger brother Bruce.
Yeoh will play Eileen “Father” Sun, who has built a new life for herself and her son in Los Angeles, far from her past in Taiwan.
justin cheneyTwo Sides: Infidel) Play as Charles Sun, who grew up as the eldest son of a criminal authority who was a hardened criminal. He goes to Los Angeles to protect his mother and younger brother, but finds himself torn between the life he grew up in and the life he could have made for himself.
Sam Song Lee (you better call saul) Plays Bruce Sun, who came to the United States as a child with a small memory in Taipei and had no idea of the family’s past. When his embarrassed and respected brother shows up on his doorstep, Bruce throws him into a world he’s not quite ready for.
Heidi Kuan (It’s us) will play Alexis. Driven and ambitious, Alexis grew up with a strong sense of fairness and work ethic, which led to his becoming an assistant district attorney.
June Lee (with date of) Sums up the series regular role as TK, the wannabe gangster and Bruce’s best friend since childhood. He wants to be tough and loyal and smart, but he’s not. But that doesn’t stop you from trying.
The repetitive roles are played by Alice Hyukin (ᲡSex education) May June; John Sue Zhang (Eternal) like boots of blood; young jennifer (busy tonight) as Xing; madison hu (bugimen) As Grace; and rodney a (parks and recreation) as Mark.
Sun brothers. It celebrates Falchuk’s first solo series for Netflix as part of his overall deal with Streamer. Ryan Murphy is a frequent employee of the show series and co-produced the series with Wu. Both executive producers with Mikel Bondesen and Kevin Tancharoen (PROTECTIVE AGENTS), with the latter also installed targeting.
The cast comes to Yeoh because he’s linked to a Star Trek: Discovery Leave, section 31, She reprized the role of Captain Philippa George for Paramount+. Executive producer Alex Kurtzman’s project has been ongoing at former CBS All Access since late 2018. Yeoh is portrayed by Artist International Group and Cohen & Gardner.
