At the 75th edition of the Tony Awards, Jennifer Hudson became the 17th person to join the select group EGOT

The 75th edition of Tony Awardsthe biggest and most prestigious theater award in the United States, took place last Sunday, 12, with a performance by Ariana DeBosewinner of Oscars 2022 in Best Supporting Actress by the role of Anita in Love sublime love (2021), directed by Steven Spielberg.

It is worth noting how Jennifer Hudsonwith the ceremony, became the 17th person to join the select group EGOTformed by those who won Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony. The artist won in the category of best musicalbecause she worked as a producer in The Strange Loop.
