Vincent D’Onofrio shares the gym photo, now brings Kingpin back

The Marvel Cinematic Universe is having a great year so far, and it’s fair to say that part of it has to do with all the teasing that Daredevil is returning to the streaming realm. Now, in the wake of the reports that a a new series is in preparation for Disney + subscribers , Vincent D’Onofrio trains in the gym. It’s good to see the iconic actor pump up, but I really want to know if this workout is his way to get him back in Kingpin shape.

Marvel viewers got a taste of Vincent D’Onofrio’s Wilson Fisk aka Kingpin in the MCU when he appeared in the last few episodes of Hawk eye. In the closing moments of the season finale, he was apparently impressed by his adoptive niece, Maya Lopez. The Kingpin may be dead, but we have to wonder why D’Onofrio posts pictures of him lifting weights in the gym. review the Twitter placed below:

The actor made reference to 63, which is likely a mention that he will be 63 at the end of June. I’m sure many would agree when I say that I hope to look as good at this age as he is. If he’s really ready to play Kingpin again, he’s in great shape to do so.

While we don’t officially know if a Daredevil series is definitely heading to Disney +, there are some signs that it appears to be. pointing in this direction . he would feel bad reintroducing Charlie Cox’s Daredevil and Vincent D’Onofrio’s Kingpin in the MCU and don’t at least consider taking them to a show from their own. Fans have been asking the actors to reprise the roles for a long time and I think missing this opportunity would be a mistake.

If there is one Reckless Along the way though, one has to wonder how it might differ from the Netflix original. When Vincent D’Onofrio’s Kingpin appeared in Hawk eye, looked very different from the character first seen in the Netflix production. In particular, he seemed much more durable, to the point of almost seeming superhuman ability. The old version of the character was significantly more ingrained than the average MCU, as I’m not sure Wilson Fisk took that much damage.

Although the returns of Vincent D’Onofrio and Charlie Cox aren’t a guarantee of a show, taken together they represent a great first step. Eventually, we’ll just have to wait and see what comes next. (I’ll also try to see if both characters appear Coming soon to Disney + Echo series also.) In the meantime, I’m looking forward to receiving more fitness-related posts from D’Onofrio.
