I have to say it Double trap ticks all the boxes to captivate viewers. A thriller that begins with the death of the husband of the protagonist Maya (Michelle Keegan). But one day she appears in front of a camera. At least, that’s what she thinks she saw Maya, who then goes to investigate her past as a husband. Which will lead her to find a connection between the murder of her partner and that of her sister. Add to this a police officer who entertains with what initially appears to be incompetence, and a worrying mother-in-law who may also be hiding many secrets from Maya…

Subscribers then responded. Which should please the leading actress Michelle Keegan, for whom filming wasn’t just fun. In fact, some scenes were particularly difficult for her to shoot, because she had to deal with them one of his greatest fears. This is what she revealed in an interview with the site Meter. In the series, Maya is brought to fly a helicopter. Except that the actress explains in this interview that she is afraid of heights. It was therefore very complicated for her to find herself in this situation.

It was terrifying, absolutely terrifying. I’m afraid of heighs. I had been in a helicopter before, but it was a very large military helicopter. We feel safer in there because it is very big, we are tied together and there are many other people with us. While there it was just me, the pilot and the cameraman. And this is all. And we had to fly for half an hour.

Michelle Keegan therefore had to shoot these scenes in the air giving the impression of being completely calm, given that Maya is a soldier who, among other things, gives flying lessons. As she points out, there was obviously a real pilot flying the plane during filming. But this is over leave it in control of the helicopter. Which wasn’t really expected.

As we flew, we were filming at the same time. Halfway, the pilot said to me, “Okay, can you take control now?” I said, “What do you mean?” He replied, “I don’t control the device, it flies by itself, but if you want to move it, you can take the stick and make it fly.” So there you have it, I flew in a helicopter.
