This Monday, March 25th, the day was marked by the conclusion of the investigation into the murder of Marielle Francocouncilor and political activist, the fatality occurred in the same month in 2018. After some revelations were released, leading to the identification of those who ordered and carried out the crime, resulting in three new arrests last Sunday, the documentary series about Marielle will be displayed on Channel Brazil.

As part of the case coverage, the Channel Brazil will broadcast today, the series “Marielle – The Documentary”. Directed by Caio Cavechini and produced by the journalism team at TV Globo, the series provides details about the crime, as well as testimonies from family members and close friends of the victims. The production was divided into six episodes that will be shown in a ‘marathon’ format, starting at 10pm.

“Marielle – The Documentary” highlights the importance of remembering and preserving the activist’s trajectory, highlighting her relevance in the Brazilian political and social scenario. The series reaffirms the need for justice and the search for truth in a democratic society.
