“I have to eat a lot.”

Usually going to the gym to push the weight, it’s not the exercises that Hugh Jackman complains about, but the diet necessary to develop Wolverine’s physique.

I have to eat a lot. It’s my fault, because of my body type I’m naturally skinny. The hardest part is achieving this body size. This is what I’m struggling with.

Finding Wolverine’s body is truly a daily ordeal for the actor. For the record, when he promoted the film Son in France in February 2023, shortly before filming began Deadpool and WolverineHugh Jackman he interrupted his interviews every two hours to eat. A discipline that he observed scrupulously and which ended up bearing fruit, as his admired partner Ryan Reynolds recounts in the same interview.
