A season 2 for Silo
Apple TV+ loves to offer its subscribers science fiction series. With this in mind, the platform released the first season of Silo. The show is set in a post-apocalyptic future. Humans live now a huge 144-story underground complex. They must respect strict rules, under penalty of being sent outside to die in contact with an unbreathable atmosphere. But some soon start to wonder if their leaders don’t lie to them not what’s outside…
While the first ten episodes of Silo have already been revealed, the series adapted from Hugh Howey’s novels won’t stop there. It was renewed for a second chapter in June 2023. And as the release of new episodes gets closer, Apple TV+ just revealed some the first photos.
First four photos for the rest of the series
through his accountjust revealed the streaming platform the first four photos of the new season of Silo. These show us three main characters of the series: Juliette, Sims and Bernard. As we can see, Rebecca Ferguson, Common and Tim Robbins once again lend their likenesses to these characters.

In addition to these three actors, we should see many other familiar faces in the sequel Silo. Also expected to return are David Oyelowo, Rashida Jones, Harriet Walter and Chinaza Uche in their respective roles as Sheriff Holston Becker, Allison, Martha and Paul.
Will the series continue after that?
Apple TV+ doesn’t have any the release date has not yet been revealed new episodes of Silo. But after these first images are published online, it shouldn’t be long. After that, there’s a good chance the series will continue. During an interview with Collider last April, Rebecca Ferguson revealed that the series creators’ ambition was to do soadapt Hugh Howey’s three books into four seasons. He also explained that the last two seasons could even be filmed one after the other. Unless the second one is a huge flop, so we should have two more chapters to conclude the show.
