Kit Connor confirmed that season 3 of Heartstopperset to premiere on October 3, will feature sex scenes between his character, Nickand his love interest, Charlielived by Joe Locke.
In an interview with The Sunday Timesthe actor also revealed that the sequences were carefully made and, therefore, took around seven hours to film: “We’re taking baby steps. In season one, the intimacy coordinator was there to make sure we were comfortable holding hands. And now we’re doing sex scenes.”he stated.
“We shot a lot of scenes for them. We shot the sex scenes for about seven hours!”completed the actor.

Heartstopper tells the story of Charlie Spring and Nick Nelsontwo British teenagers, who study at an all-boys school. When a new school year begins and they become classmates, the young men quickly become friends and develop an even stronger bond over time.
