A major biopic in the offing?
There was The boy for Edith Piaf, and soon there will be at least two films – about Johnny Hallyday. Before these, between these two legends of French song, there is another one in the spotlight in the new film by Mehdi Idir and Grand Corps Malade: Mr. Aznavour. This biopic about the immense Charles Aznavourpassed away on October 1, 2018 at the age of 94 and at the end of an immense artistic career, is eagerly awaited. And Tahar Rahim, interpreter of the other “Great Charles” of twentieth-century France, seems to have put all his genius into it.
