Juan Carlos Baglietto and Lito Vitale present “Now Rock (Live)”an album which revisits the anthems of Argentinian rock and marks the return of the two artists to their musical roots.
With a repertoire that includes classics like “Mariposa Pontiac/Rock del País”, “Despiértate Nena”, “Par Mil” or “Canción de Alicia en el País”, “Ahora Rock (En Vivo)” transports you to a time when rock was a space for creation , rebellion and resistance.
Baglietto and Vitale, accompanied by their sons, Jano Vitale on bass and Julián Baglietto on drums, and the brass ensemble “Vientos del Sur”, reinterpret these pieces by infusing them with their vision and experience acquired over the years .
Recorded live at the Teatro de Universidad Nacional de la Matanza, the album stands out for Vitale’s production and Baglietto’s incomparable voice, which offer versions full of emotion and depth.
To celebrate this launch, Baglietto and Vitale will perform at the Teatro Coliseo on November 30.
This show promises to be an unforgettable visual and musical spectacle, with direction by Leonardo Kreimer, lighting design by Hernán Interlandi and visuals by Flo Pasquali, in an environment that will capture the essence of Argentine rock.
