FloyMenorthe young Chilean talent, aged only 19, has just made history by staying with an international award.
In fact, he is the first artist from his country to receive a Latin Billboard, and he got it in the song “Gata Only (ft. Cris MJ)”, which was chosen as “Latin Song of the Year”.
This recognition not only highlights his impact on urban music, but also reaffirms his position as one of the most striking figures on the current scene.
A few weeks earlier, FloyyMenor had shone in New York by receiving the Hispanic Heritage Award, lighting up the Empire State in the colors of the Chilean flag.
Upon his return to Chile, the artist was received at the Arturo Merino Benítez Airport by his family, friends and a group of fans who did not want to miss the opportunity to meet him. “I’m very happy,” said FloyyMenor, whose real name is Alan Galleguillos.
During the awards ceremony, The singer competed with major Latin music starslike Bad Bunny, Karol G and Peso Pluma, further highlighting their triumph.
“With ‘Gata Only’ we were able to reaffirm that Chile is on fire and that the global industry is watching what we are doing here,” he added.
