Ninja Turtles: Mutant Chaos – Here’s the title and release date of Seth Rogen’s animated film

A year after the announcement of the new animated film dedicated to Ninja Turtlesthe writer and executive producer Seth Rogen the film’s title and release date have been announced. The film will be titled Ninja Turtles: Mutant Chaos (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem) and will be released in US theaters on August 4, 2023.

Ninja Turtles: Mutant Chaos will be directed by Jeff Roweformer co-director and writer of the Oscar-nominated film The Mitchells vs. the Machineswhile entrusting the screenplay Brendan O’Brian And Seth Rogen. Rogan will also serve as an executive producer alongside his colleague Evan Goldberg And James Weaver from Point Gray Pictures.

In a recent interview with ColliderRogan says: “As a long-time fan of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the term ‘Teenage’ in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles has always been the word that most appeals to me. As someone who loves teen movies, and has done a lot of them, and literally started his career writing a teen movie, the idea of ​​enhancing that element was really exciting. Obviously without neglecting others, but using it as a starting point for the film”.

Also Brian Robbinspresident of the Kids & Family Entertainment division of ViacomCBS spoke about the film at the announcement, saying: “The brilliance of Seth, Evan and James along with the humor and action that is already an integral part of TMNT will take the film to the next level.
