A fourth season and a new headliner for The witcher
The series has been broadcast since 2019 on Netflix The witcher is an adaptation of the books written by Andrzej Sapkoswki. Created by Lauren Schmidt Hissrichtells the story of Geralt of Riviaa witcher who hunts the monsters of the continent, Yennefer of Vengerberga magician and Cirithe princess of the kingdom of Cintra.
The witcher will reveal soon its fourth season. This will be the first worn by Liam Hemsworth. After Henry Cavill’s departure, which angered many fans of the show, the Australian actor took over the role of Geralt. Around him the other main actors are the same as in previous seasons. Freya Allan AND Anya Chalotra they still play Yennefer and Ciri.

In the scene from the series reveal, Regis takes out Geralt and Jaskier badly. Why he frees them even though they had been taken prisoner and they are kept in a tent. The character played by Laurence Fishburne gives a taste of his powers when he gets rid of the guard simply by touching him, scaring Jaskier.
Several “unexpected allies” for Geralt and his friends
In the new season of The witcher, Regis should join Geralt and his friends and help them in their research. It will certainly not be the only one, since the official synopsis of this fourth chapter indicates that Geralt, Ciri and Yennefer will meet several “unexpected allies” along the road. Among the challenges of the new episodes, there will be that oppose Vilgefortz, who will attempt to build an army.
The third season of The witcher always will eight episodes. These will all be released on the same date on Netflix: next Thursday, October 30th. Or in two weeks. The series created by Lauren Schmidt Hissrich will then continue with a fifth and final season. As recently announced, filming is now complete. It should come out in the second half of 2026.
