La Monada brings its rock quartet to Niceto for a live ritual

Since 2013, the group has revolutionized the Cordoban scene and established itself as one of the great references in popular music, accumulating ten albums and a history that began more than two decades ago when they were the punk group 250 Centavos.

Recently, the Parliament of Córdoba recognized La Monada for its contribution to popular culture and its original music, presenting this recognition at the Bar de la Mona Jiménez Museum.

His latest album, “Welcome to the ritual: Plaza España”, records 50 minutes of a live ritual for the birthday of singer Juanito Ninci in front of the Metropolitan Museum of Urban Art in Córdoba, and has already exceeded 50,000 views on YouTube.

In addition, La Monada has its own streaming programwhich is in its fifth season, broadcast on Mondays from 9:30 p.m. at 11:30 p.m. live on YouTube.

“El Show de La Monada” combines Cordovan humor and live rituals with improvised characters from Juanito, Lucas and Agustín Ninci, including interviews with artists and music and cultural figures from across the country, in two hours of pure virtual emotion.
