An impressive cast for Avengers: Judgment Day
The Avengers will face a new great enemy in the fifth film which will bring together many superheroes from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Judgment Day. After defeating Thanos in End of gamesthis time they will be confronted with the arrival of Doctor Doom. The Fantastic Four’s iconic villain in the comics will be played by Robert Downey Jr.best known for playing Iron Man in previous MCU films.
Marvel didn’t do things by halves Judgment Day. The stable managed by Kevin Feige appealed many actors from the MCU to appear in the film. And also to members of the films X-Men by 20th Century Fox released in the 2000s. Presented last March, the cast of the feature film includes among others Chris Hemsworth (Thor) Sebastiano Stan (Bucky Barnes), Paul Rudd (Ant Man), James Marsden (Cyclops) or Rebecca Romijn (Mystical). But also Simu Liuthe interpreter of Shang-Chi.

ScreenRant I recently chatted with Simu Liu to promote his new film, In your dreams. The media asked him what he thought Judgment Day. The actor admitted that having the opportunity to participate in this film was “a dream come true” for him. He assured that it was possible to film with the other actors of the feature film an experience “Surprising”. And he explained that he saw the feature film as a celebration of the genre in its entirety :

Simu Liu went on to explain it Judgment Day era “for all the misfits, weirdos and outsiders who grew up reading comics feeling like there was hope for them – and that it was okay if they didn’t fit in”. And he concluded by saying yes «a special place in his heart for this genre».
Other characters will be present
If the list of actors announced for the feature film’s casting last March was impressive, other characters will take part Judgment Day. Because as reported ScreenRantKevin Feige mentioned this during CinemaCon in April Marvel had not yet revealed the entire cast of the film.
If the release date is not postponed again by that date, Judgment Day will arrive in French cinemas December 16, 2026. The next movie Avengers will be Secret Warsscheduled for on May 5, 2027.
With regard to In your dreamsthe animated film in which Simu Liu voices one of the main characters will be released in theaters on Netflix November 14.
