John Legend will perform at Carousel of Hope Ball

Emmy winner John Legend is confirmed to perform at the 36th Annual Carousel of Hope Ball on October 8 at the Beverly Hilton.

“I am thrilled to have John Legend join our celebration,” said Barbara Davis, co-chair and presenter of the event, along with co-chair Dana Davis. “John Legend’s musical talent has spread across the world and made countless people happy. This year, we will have that emotion and joy at the 36th Annual Carousel of Hope Ball.

The event typically features figures from film, television, music and business to support diabetes awareness and raise funds for clinical care and diabetes research at the Barbara Davis Diabetes Center. Carousel Balls has raised over $110 million to date. This year’s event is presented by Dexcom with additional support from American Airlines, Beverly Hilton, Marilyn and Robert Day and variety. The event’s production team includes Clive Davis, George Schlatter and Quincy Jones.

The EGOT-winning legend is currently a judge on the new season of NBC Ხma The premiere will be on the 19th of September.
