Model Alaia Baldwin Aronow will not serve jail time following her February 2024 assault arrest at a Georgia nightclub. The 33-year-old wellness advocate has accepted an offer to enter a pre-trial diversion program, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
Under the terms of the agreement, Baldwin Aronow will pay for the program, which can include community service and counseling, according to Chatham County's official government website. The pre-trial resolution allows her to avoid jail time connected to the incident in Savannah, Georgia.

The resolution comes after prosecutors filed four misdemeanor charges against the model in January 2026, Us Weekly reported. The charges filed against her included simple battery, simple assault, battery, and criminal trespass.
In a January 2026 statement to the Daily Mail, her attorneys Drew Findling and Cris Schneider expressed confidence in a favorable legal outcome. "We remain absolutely confident, there will be a positive resolution," the defense attorneys stated.
Representatives for Baldwin Aronow and her sister Hailey Bieber did not immediately respond to requests for comment from the Daily Mail.
Nightclub Altercation in Savannah

The charges stem from an incident in February 2024 at Club Elan in Savannah, Georgia, where the owner called 911 to report a disturbance. TMZ reported at the time that the owner claimed Baldwin Aronow had engaged in a physical altercation with nightclub staff and refused to leave the premises.
Employees at the venue said the confrontation began when Baldwin Aronow entered a staff-only restroom despite warnings that she was not permitted in the area. Staff members redirected her toward the public bathroom, but she allegedly became belligerent and combative, assaulting three employees.
According to the TMZ report, she yanked the hair of a security guard who tried to restrain her. Another guard alleged that she kicked him in the groin during the struggle.
Bartender Haleigh Cauley reported that she encountered Baldwin Aronow while trying to enter the employee bathroom, at which point a used tampon made contact with Cauley's face. Cauley clarified that the tampon did not leave Baldwin Aronow's hand, but rather swung up and touched her face while being held.
Cauley recalled confronting her during the incident. "I said, 'Listen, you guys have got to go,'" Cauley said, adding that Baldwin Aronow had a "scary" look in her eyes. Security personnel intervened as Baldwin Aronow reportedly began swinging at the guards.
Defense Claims and Statements

At the scene, Baldwin Aronow told responding police officers that she was acting in self-defense and insisted that the incident was being overblown. However, a police report obtained by E! News noted that while she initially denied throwing the tampon, she later admitted to officers that she threw it.
Following her arrest, her legal team issued a statement clarifying that she had traveled to Savannah on February 24, 2024, to celebrate a close friend's upcoming wedding. Her attorney told TMZ that what was meant to be a celebratory girls' night out had taken an unexpected turn.
In the statement, her attorney added that Baldwin Aronow was embarrassed and saddened by the events of that night and was proactively taking necessary steps to ensure such an incident would never happen again.
