Alejandra Rubio, daughter of Terelu Campos, is in the final stretch of her second pregnancy with partner Carlo Costanzia. Within weeks she will give birth to a daughter, a child who breaks the Costanzia family tradition of having boys while continuing the female line of the Campos family.
The couple has chosen to keep the pregnancy low profile, in a new phase for Rubio marked by her departure from television. Even so, she continues to make headlines, and her recent statements have fueled debate on Spanish talk shows.

Rubio remains locked in a public back-and-forth with her cousin, José María Almoguera, a dispute that has extended to their respective mothers, Terelu Campos and Carmen Borrego. The two sisters appear distanced as they try to sell a house in Málaga they inherited from their mother, María Teresa Campos, a property that has become the subject of controversy after they initially denied it was on the market despite evidence to the contrary.
Why Alejandra Rubio moved out
Amid this family tension, Rubio was noticed to have left the home she shares with Costanzia, the son of Mar Flores. There is no move in sight, and by all appearances the couple intends to keep renting the same property for now.
Rubio had recently complained about housing, saying young people have few options to buy a home and are often forced to live with their parents or, if they are fortunate, pay rent. She said that, contrary to popular belief, she is not wealthy and cannot afford to buy a home in Aravaca, one of Madrid's most exclusive areas, near her grandmother Terelu's residence.

That is why she has chosen to keep renting the apartment she shares with Costanzia for now, the home serving as a refuge for the family they are building. In recent days, however, she has had to leave that home temporarily.
Carlo Costanzia explains the situation
Costanzia confirmed the move when reporters from Europa Press asked him about it. He said they were very close to having their daughter, adding that of course it excited him, though he declined to go into further detail, preferring to stay out of the spotlight until he and Rubio decide to address it publicly.
Costanzia was keen to make clear the rumors were not a source of tension between the couple. He explained that both he and Rubio had to leave their rented home for a few days because of renovation work, including repainting the walls to give the property a new look. He said that with the painting underway, Rubio could not stay there, which is why she spent the night away from home.
He said they have no plans to move, noting that everything is very expensive right now. Costanzia kept the conversation brief when other family names came up, simply saying that everything was fine.
