Greek musician Bob Katsionis has marked his seventh wedding anniversary with singer Evridiki by writing and sharing a custom song on TikTok while she was away performing in Santorini.
The couple, who have known each other for 11 years, spent the milestone day apart after Evridiki traveled to the Aegean island for a live performance alongside fellow artist Thodoris Marantinis. Katsionis was unable to join her on the trip as he had to stay behind to prepare for two upcoming concert dates of his own.
Rather than settling for a standard phone call, Katsionis chose a more creative greeting by writing and recording a 90-second track for his wife. He shared the humorous video on TikTok, explaining in his post that he did not have the heart to mark their anniversary with just a simple phone call.

The piece features Katsionis singing, a dramatic plot twist, and a performance on a seven-string guitar. Writing on social media, Katsionis noted that being married to a fellow musician requires complete mutual understanding when work commitments interfere with personal milestones, adding that he wished every couple shared the same perspective.
At the end of the video message, Katsionis reassured Evridiki that he had reserved a nice table at a restaurant for the day after tomorrow. He closed his video by wishing her a great live show, a safe journey home, and a happy anniversary.
Evridiki is a prominent Cypriot singer who has represented Cyprus three times at the Eurovision Song Contest. Katsionis is an accomplished Greek guitarist, keyboardist, and music producer best known internationally for his long tenure with the heavy metal group Firewind. Marantinis is the frontman of the Greek rock band Onirama, while Santorini is an iconic Greek island destination in the southern Aegean Sea.
The couple will complete their anniversary celebrations when Evridiki returns home for their reserved dinner date.
