Model Bobby Brazier sparked confusion among fans after claiming he was arrested on a wild night out while sharing a photo from his new Gucci campaign.

The 23-year-old model and actor, who recently moved to New York to further his career, posted a picture on Instagram showing him wearing a shimmering black skintight top and matching trousers.

Accompanying the glittering outfit, Brazier wrote: "wild night, got arrested, officers wives liked the way I dance so they let me go, wild night."

The caption left several followers puzzled about whether the claim was real. One concerned fan asked: "Arrested? Be careful Bobby."

However, other social media users quickly recognized the joke and its connection to his latest fashion project. One follower pointed out, "its a Gucci video with Kate Moss. He's good," while another added, "it's clearly a joke."

A third fan commented: "Was this from the Gucci video with Kate Moss singing, was fabulous, spotted you in it, they didn't show you long enough, your Mum would be so proud of you."

The Daily Mail has contacted Brazier's representative for comment regarding the Instagram post.

Gucci Campaign and Star-Studded Cast
The post references Brazier's appearance in the campaign launching artistic director Demna's first collection for the Italian luxury fashion house Gucci. The new campaign features a short film directed by Johan Renck alongside a photographic campaign shot by Michal Chelbin.
In the promotional video, catwalk legend Kate Moss lip-syncs to Chris Isaak's track Wicked Game as a group of strangers fall in love on the dance floor. Brazier, a former Strictly Come Dancing contestant, appears as one of the revellers dancing to her performance while wearing the same glitzy two-piece outfit featured in his post.
Although Moss is miming in the Gucci video, the supermodel has a history of musical performances. She previously provided vocals for Primal Scream's track Some Velvet Morning and featured on songs by her former boyfriend, musician Pete Doherty.
Bobby Brazier's Modelling Career
Brazier previously wore the skintight two-piece outfit during Gucci's Milan Fashion Week show in February. The up and coming model made his runway debut at the Dolce & Gabbana Milan Fashion Week show in February 2020 when he was 16 years old.
Brazier is the son of television presenter Jeff Brazier and the late reality television personality Jade Goody, who rose to fame on Big Brother before her death in 2009.
The wider Gucci project features ten prominent figures across fashion, music, film and sports. Alongside Brazier and Moss, the cast includes retired NFL star Tom Brady, American model Alex Consani, and Canadian singer Shawn Mendes.
Demna's Creative Vision
Demna explained the concept behind the campaign to WWD, stating: "I wanted this campaign to be conceived as a music video and to be about emotional awakening and choosing to feel love again."
He added: "I wanted Gucci to be represented as the force that reminds us that beauty is worth the risk. Ultimately it is all about falling in love again."
