Regina Duarte spreads fake news against Lula and vaccination

Regina Duarte continues to use her Instagram as a weapon of disinformation in the service of Bolsonarism.

On Saturday (11/2), the 76-year-old retiree shared a video of the lawyer from Mato Grosso do Sul, Felipe Marcelo Gimenez, in a tone of protest and non-compliance with the result of the 2022 presidential election, stating that Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva “wasn’t elected by the people, he was chosen by STF and TSE”.

The video used by Regina was the same one replicated by Jair Bolsonaro a few days after the 8 January acts of terrorism. Though it was canceled soon after, the recording ended up being included as evidence against the former president in the Undemocratic Acts Trial.

Not satisfied, three hours later she posted another video attacking the bivalent vaccine against covid-19.

This time he reinforced the content with his own comment: “I’m afraid we are under the obligation to take another vaccine. So, it hasn’t been proven that vaccines do not prevent contagion or harmful consequences for our body?!” .

And he added: “I prefer the freedom to rely on stimulants and reinvigorate my defense capacity, that is: the immunological capacity of my body”.

Celebrities such as Paulo Betti, José de Abreu, Elisa Lucinda and Astrid Fontenelle have already reproached the artist for his controversial statements. He didn’t help.
