Lucas Souza, ex-husband of Jojo Todynho, has revealed that he has revoked the protection measure that the singer had obtained in late 2022. According to Lucas, Jojo presented false evidence to the police to say he threatened him.
In an interview with the “Não É Nada Personal” podcast on YouTube, the boy explained that his ex oversaw a conversation between the two to get the appeal. However, Lucas was able to recover the original conversation and submitted the full version to the authorities.
“My lawyer filed the request, but the Justice had stopped due to the end-of-year suspension. Now in January he told me that it had fallen and that it was no longer in force. My lawyer has filed an appeal for the revocation of the provision pre-trial because there wasn’t enough evidence and that I never once threatened her,” Lucas revealed.
After numerous exchanges with Jojo on his social networks, Lucas said that he cried a lot on his way to the women’s police station. He also had to be calmed down by the delegate who assisted him: “The delegate was in my favor. What a humiliation! I don’t deserve this for my life, responding to an assault trial. The delegate even started begging to calm me down and said: ‘Calm down! God knows everything, you know it could have been worse'”, Lucas vented.
There are many quarrels and accusations between Jojo Todynho and Lucas. Among them, the singer threatened to hit Lucas and revealed that the ex was in a relationship with politician Gabriel Monteiro.
