“Poor Nastya” 20 years later: what happened to the stars of the most popular TV series of the 2000s

The main star of the series was actress Elena Korikova. For her, the role of Anna Petrovna Platonova (aka Anastasia Petrovna Dolgoruky), the illegitimate daughter of Prince Dolgoruky, became an express ticket to the pinnacle of fame. Korikova was already 31 years old, and she played a 20-year-old girl, but no one noticed this age difference – everyone was fascinated by the angelic appearance of the blonde.

Elena immediately became a sex symbol of the time, but she remained a one-role actress. Although there were many other projects in her filmography, she could not repeat her former success. In recent years, the actress has completely stopped acting and, according to some reports, lives in Montenegro with her new husband, a former civil servant. Before that, the actress was married twice, and also gave birth to an illegitimate son, Arseny, from the son of actress Ekaterina Vasilyeva, Dmitry Roshchin. In Russia, Korikova sometimes appears on stage.

Anna Tabanina starred in the series Lisa Dolgoruky, the daughter of the prince and half-sister of the heroine Korikova. Before that, she had already managed to star in other popular TV shows of that time, Lethal Force and NLS Agency. Anna dreamed of becoming an artist, like her father, but at the age of 15 she began to study in a theater club – and disappeared.

After filming the series, Tabanina decided to take a break from her profession, became interested in religion and even thought about taking a tonsure, but then she fell in love. This man was the artist Dmitry Kudin, whom Anna eventually married. They lived seven years, they had three children, and in 2014 Dmitry died of cancer.

Tabanina continues to act in films. Among his most notable works are roles in the series “Leningrad 46”, “Bridge”, “Expropriator”.

Ekaterina Klimova starred in the series Natalya Repnina, the Empress’s young bridesmaid and sister of Mikhail Repnin. For her, “Poor Nastya” also became a breakthrough in her career – before that, Klimova received mostly episodic roles, but after the series she no longer had good offers. The greatest popularity was brought to him by his participation in the dilogy “We come from the future”.

Klimova was married three times – with jeweler Ilya Khoroshilov, actors Igor Petrenko and Gela Meskhi. Ekaterina is raising four children and continues to act in films and in theater.

Daniil Strakhov played the capricious Baron Vladimir Korf in the series, with whom the main character grew up in his father’s house, and immediately broke the hearts of all the girls. After the release of “Poor Nastya”, the actor was a wild success: both with fans and directors.

For his work in the cinema, he starred in many famous films and TV shows, including the image of the legendary Soviet intelligence officer, the same Shtrilits, in the TV series Isaev.

Strakhov leads a rather modest and non-public life, avoiding noisy parties and secular parties. For more than 20 years he has been married to Maria Leonova, whom he met at the Shchukin school. The couple have no children.

Another crash in the series is Pyotr Krasilov, who played Prince Mikhail Repnin, Vladimir Korf’s best friend.

All the girls in the country who dream of ideal princes immediately fell in love with his romantic and noble hero. As soon as the filming of “Poor Nastya” ended, Krasilov immediately entered another scoring series – “Don’t Be Born Beautiful”, which cemented his status as a television star.

Krasilov’s theatrical career also developed – for many years he played the main roles in RAMT performances.

At the theater school, Krasilov met his classmate Ekaterina Klimova, then he was in a civil marriage with actress Natalya Selivanova (they had a son, Ivan), and until 2021 he was married to actress Irina Shebeko, in a marriage with whom daughter Alexandra was born.
