The type of ordinary people was popular in Russian advertising in the 90s. The characters had to be close and understandable to the audience, reminding them of neighbors or relatives. And the heroine of the Ace bleach ad has truly become her own in every home. The videos were broadcast from 1996 to 2000. This same Aunt Asya was played by Honored Artist of Russia Tatyana Tashkova, who rose to fame after playing the role of teacher Lidia Mikhailovna in the Soviet feature film French Lessons. But the role in the commercial raised her popularity to an incredible height, and the key phrase in the commercial – “Aunt Asya has arrived” – became winged and went to the people.

Success, however, had a downside – under the contract Tashkova was limited in her choice of other roles, so her film career came to a halt. In 2004, she started acting again and has continued to do so ever since. The actress also plays in the theater and teaches at the Moscow Institute of Theater Arts.

If you choose the television sex symbol of the 90s, then the hero of the TV Park magazine ad will win quite a few votes. The languid brunette with a seductive smile was immediately remembered and loved by the public, and the advertisement became, as it seems today, hype – due to absurdity and paradox. The hero then lowered the press into acid, and then boasted a long scythe – in general, the video “exploded” the brain.

It seemed that this handsome man was found somewhere in Hollywood, but in fact he was an ordinary guy from Tolyatti named Alexander Komarevtsev. Despite the charisma and success in advertising, the actor’s film career did not work further. He played a little in the theater, then became an Orthodox blogger.

Another phrase that got really “popular” was heard in an ad for My Family juice. The role of the girl, who still could not get drunk, went to Diana Shpak. She was born in Los Angeles, where her parents then worked, but when she was two years old, the family moved back to Moscow. Diana’s mother, seeing that the girl was becoming artistic and photogenic, sent her photos to agencies, and soon Diana was often invited to shoot.

Diana also starred in an ad for Kinder Surprise, and many remember her role as the “ripe, lilac garden plum” in an ad for another juice. But it was her appearance in the advertisement for “My family” with the phrase “Et tu vers et tu pars” that won her not only popularity, but also the prize for best female image in 2003 at the XIII International Festival of Moscow advertising. After that, Diana starred in episodic roles in TV shows, hosted a TV show, and then decided to return to the United States, where she received a certificate and began studying as a screenwriter and director . In a rare interview, Diana admitted that she does not dream of continuing her acting career, but wants to write her own works.

Everyone knows that the bar advertisement “Fint” became the first success of future movie stars Maria Shalaeva, Andrey Chadov and Vyacheslav Manucharov. But not everyone remembers that Aiza Anokhina (now Aiza-Liluna Ai) starred in the same commercial. She was then only 14 years old and still bore her maiden name Vagapova.

The video was popular among schoolchildren due to meme phrases, for example, “to everyone who knows the taste of vanilla, Masha offers friendship”, which was immediately teased by all Masha in the class. Although Isa did not pursue her acting career, she remained in show business. Today, she actively maintains her own blog and acts on television.
