“I was very resigned. I understood from the first moment that life was giving me a sign of something. I am a woman of great faith and I think it was a divine gift for me to stop”, he said.

Later, when asked about the biggest challenges she has faced since receiving the news, she stressed that disrupting her entire work routine was one of her biggest difficulties.

“There are different challenges and difficulties. Being a productive woman, 48 years old, young, on the eve of a Carnival, understanding that you have to stop, that you have no choice. It was seven days in the hospital. When the result came, she became the subject of consternation, emotion”, reported.

Treatment

Furthermore, Black Gil he revealed that he was already halfway through the treatment and detailed what the next steps will be.

“I’ve had four cycles of chemotherapy already. There are eight cycles of chemotherapy, five weeks of radiation, then there’s surgery to remove the tumor. Then, there’s at least six to eight months of treatment. But that’s about it.” with a prognosis of cure. And I have no other vision in my head than the cure,” explained.

Believing in her recovery, the singer concluded: “I have never given so much value to life, to the faith that moves me. Every day I want to honor even more this opportunity to be alive and to be a healer. An illness that is serious, but that will not break me down, will not take me away. I won’t die from this, I’m sure I’ll live a long time and we’ll still party a lot.”
