Actress and singer Selena Gomez has reached a new milestone on Instagram as the first woman to have more than 400 million followers on the social network.
The record was reached just weeks after the artist became the most followed woman on Instagram: at the end of February she surpassed Kylie Jenner, who currently has 382 million virtual fans.
The most curious thing is that Selena’s record was achieved when the star decided to distance herself from the network, posting less regularly. The latest publication of the protagonist of the series “Only Murders in the Building” is already four days old: it is a sequence of photos, in which she appears without make-up.
While Selena is the most followed woman on the platform, soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo is the man with the most media followers. They are no less than 562 million.
