In 1999, after filming the first episode of Star Wars, the actress entered… Harvard! And she got a bachelor’s degree in psychology. During her studies, she continued to play and lost nothing. In 2015, she was invited to Harvard to give a speech to freshmen: “In 1999, it seemed to me that it was a mistake, that I was not smart enough to study here, and every time I opened my mouth, I had to prove that I was not just a stupid actress”.
After starring in the films Little Women and Romeo and Juliet, the actress entered Yale University in the psychology department. She resumed filming two years later.
After the success of the sitcom Blossom, the actress went to the University of California and obtained a degree in neuroscience: “If I didn’t go to school, I could continue to play and enjoy life. But for me it was important. I enjoy working with teenagers with special needs. In 2007, Yummy earned a doctorate (analogous to a doctorate) in neuroscience, and three years later she was invited to play the role of neuroscientist Amy in the series The Big Bang Theory.
In parallel with filming the last seasons of Desperate Housewives, she studied Chicano culture (Mexicans living in the United States) at the University of California, Northridge, and graduated in 2013. “It’s never too late to pursue your studies !” — said the actress on the day of graduation.
After filming Taxi Driver, the actress entered Yale University and obtained a bachelor’s degree in literature in 1985. At the same time, she never stopped filming a day and always received top marks!
During a brilliant career in cinema and on the catwalks, the actress studied at Princeton and became a specialist in French literature.
In 2002, the famous director entered the University of California at Long Beach and completed the training he began more than forty years ago! He became a Bachelor of Arts. His supervisor said Spielberg’s degree was long, well-written, and error-free.
