In Instagram Stories, Nicole Bahls detailed what his recovery will be like. “I miss it, but I was training, calmly, because we are warriors, not heirs… Now I have to go 30 days without setting foot on the ground. In about 10 days I will have the stitches removed and 60 days to put my heels back on, walk normally. .. But everything is fine”reassured.
