Christiane Torloni rebels against the airline: ‘Abandoned and extorted’

The actress used her profile on a social network to vent

The actress Christian Torloni shared, this Wednesday 19, the situation he experienced with about 200 passengers after the plane failed to land in São Paulo. He complains about the long wait and the lack of information provided by the airline, which he took care to mark in the mail.

“Chaos at the airports,” Christiane began. “We left Rio de Janeiro with the flight, which flew over São Paulo. It couldn’t land in São Paulo, it returned to Rio de Janeiro,” she said.

This is only the beginning of the saga, though. The actress criticizes the disorganization in dealing with the situation. “We took another flight. We were on the [aeroporto] Santos Dumont and, instead of going to Congonhas, we came to Guarulhos”.

“And now we’ve been waiting for more than an hour and a half for our bags, on these empty conveyor belts,” said the actress, showing that no suitcases were crossing the conveyor belt.

“And the passengers, poor things, hostages who pay that fortune. They are here, waiting, stopped, indignant, and no one seems to say anything. It’s absurd. Abandoned and exhausted”, concluded the outburst.
