Halsey reveals she uses breast milk in her skincare routine: ‘Best ingredient’

In a recent interview with Nylon magazine, halsey revealed that one of her beauty secrets is the use of breast milk in her skincare routine. The singer, who became a mother in 2021, claims that the liquid is “the best ingredient for the skin”.

“I’ve always been very aware of what goes on my skin, but when your baby kisses and cuddles you, then you’re even more concerned about what you’re putting on your face.”she said.

I started breastfeeding and then discovered that breast milk is the best skincare ingredient out there because it’s full of antioxidants, healthy fats, and compounds that speed up the healing process,” she explained.

Owner of hits like “Colors” and “Without Me”, the singer is the baby’s mother Ender Ridley Aydinborn in July 2021. The child is the result of Halsey’s relationship with the screenwriter and producer Alev Aydin.
