Motorcyclist Simone Regina de Abreu Nunes, 37, hit by a Lima Duarte, 93, in São Paulo for almost two months, asked the actor for R$ 1.2 million in compensation for moral damage. The information was initially disclosed by Splash and confirmed by the report of Earth.

In the action, Simone asks the Justice to guarantee the payment of R$ 5,000 per month. She claims she is still unable to return to work due to the accident. The money, she says, will be used for the surgery to replace the pins in the coming months.

The incident occurred on Antártica Avenue, in the Barra Funda neighborhood of São Paulo. The information was confirmed by Lima Duarte in a statement posted on social media.
