The actor tried to renew his passport without making an appointment




This Thursday, 11, the actor Pedro Cardoso used social networks to report having had problems with the renewal of the passport. The actor, who lives in Lisbon, Portugal, said he was making successive attempts to schedule the renewal of his and his family’s passports through the consular website. Even after submitting all the documents, I could not complete the application.

“We can’t complete the booking process through the website at all, even after hours of effort. Am I that incompetent?” asked the actor.

Pedro also said that he was informed that the service would only take place if it was scheduled. According to the plaintiff, a person, who introduced himself as vice consul, offered to solve his problem and accept the complaint, embarrassing him in front of people waiting for help.

“The man who introduced himself as vice consul took me into the room where people were waiting and asked them if anyone had any complaints about the service. I said I would not be a spectator to his speech,” he said.

“Then he asked me to leave and lay hands on me. I told him not to lay hands on me, and he replied that he would not lay hands on me, but the police would. I did not resist, and without any aggression the police asked me to leave the place,” he continued.

The actor also said that he doesn’t want to get privileged treatment for being a famous person. “The man who introduced himself as vice consul told me I was no better than anyone else. I wasn’t there because I was a well-known TV actor, I was there like any other Brazilian citizen,” he concluded.
