The Brazilian actress recalled an episode in the Portuguese Court during her participation in the Júlia program, on the SIC channel




Luana Piovani has returned to talk about the judicial violence suffered by the Portuguese Court during a conciliation hearing with her ex-husband, Pedro Scooby. In an interview with Júlia Pinheiro, from the channel SICthe actress gave details of the judge’s behavior and said she believed she was coerced.

“I ended up signing (the agreement), but I was forced, disrespected and I discovered that it is a modus operandi of Portuguese justice. I discovered where the door to hell is inside heaven,” he said Luana.

According to Luana, the magistrate’s authoritarian behavior and screams made her so uncomfortable that she experienced an episode of anxiety during the hearing. “My lawyer tried to ask to speak five times. He yelled five times telling the lawyer to shut up,” said the actress who also stressed that the session was recorded.

At another point she says the judge tried to humiliate her when Pedro informed her that he would double the amount of the pension and she said that would not be enough. “I said, ‘That amount doesn’t pay the bills.’ It was then that the judge looked at me: ‘Do you know what the minimum wage is in Portugal?’ And I replied: ‘Yes, I know, 750 euros”. The magistrate continued: “There are families with four people who live on that salary.”
