Singer Dua Lipa took on her relationship with French director Romain Gavras by appearing with him at the 76th Cannes Film Festival on Friday (19/5). The couple attended the premiere of the French film “Omar La Fraise”. Despite appearing little in the spotlight, Gavras has a great career in audiovisuals, directing clips such as “Bad Girls” and “No Church In The Wild” by MIA and Kanye West, respectively. At the cinema he shot “The World Is Yours” (2018) and “Athena” (2022), also distributed by Netflix.
The buzz about the relationship strengthened in early 2023 as the pair were spotted on a few dates. After being caught in a romantic mood at Paris Fashion Week, this time the two arrived together, full of smiles, and posed for photos.
The singer even posted photos of her red carpet look with Gavras on Instagram.
Prior to her current boyfriend, Dua Lipa was already related to Anwar Hadid (“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”), who is the brother of Gigi Hadid (“Women’s 8”) and Bela Hadid (“Ramy”).
