After being seen together at the Formula 1 Miami GP and reviving romance rumors, the singer Shakira the actor would ask Tom Cruise “leave her alone” and “stop flirting with her,” according to the British magazine Heat.
“She doesn’t want to embarrass or upset him, but there’s no attraction or romance on her part. She was just being friendly. She’s flattered but not interested,” says a source.
Also according to the magazine, the singer’s message was politely conveyed to the actor.

Shakira and Tom Cruise were at the Formula 1 Miami GP on May 7. The two walked the Stars Walk together in the paddock and were seen at another time talking in the stands at the Miami International Autodrome.
According to a website source Page six, the actor would be “extremely interested” in conquering the Colombian. “There’s a chemistry,” the person said. Tom Cruise is also said to have sent Shakira flowers the day after they met.
Following the GP, however, Shakira was spotted in two meetings with F1 driver Lewis Hamilton, which raised rumors of the affair. In the first, the two were seen in a restaurant in Miami (USA). The second, in turn, was on a boat trip to Miami Beach, accompanied by friends.
Shakira moved to Miami last month after divorcing former Barcelona and Spain defender Gerard Pique. They broke up after she found out the player was having an affair outside of their marriage. They had been together for 11 years and have two children: Milan, 10, and Sasha, 8.
