Robinhoit’s already gone sentenced to 9 years’ imprisonment finally by the Italian Justice after being accused and found guilty of raping an Albanian woman in a disco in Italy, in 2013. The former player, however, still in Brazil, still without serving his sentence because the Brazilian federal constitution prohibits the extradition of native Brazilians. Now Italy is asking Robinho to serve his sentence in Brazil but, for this reason, the process is still being analysed.
But what was already going wrong for the former athlete can get even worse with the release of the audio recorded legally by the Italian Justice and now shown on the “Os Clamps de Robinho” podcast, on the “UOL” portal. In one of the recordings, Jairo, a friend of the former player and owner of the party that took place in the club the day the sexual assault was committed, guaranteed that he saw the moment the rape took place.
Robinho’s friend reveals he witnessed the rape with six men
“The thing is not basic, no. Nor low. Rape, that is, rape, what happened,” dismissed the pagodeiro. And he completed, listing the number of people who participated in the violence against the Albanian. “Six Nego is F*da, right? Six Nego is a lot.”
In the conversation, Jairo also assured that he didn’t realize when the men were committing the crime, but he saw what happened. “It’s just that I haven’t seen it [quando começou]. From where I was, I couldn’t see it. I know they are gone. I saw Robinho over there playing with me, and suddenly the boys disappeared. I hadn’t noticed the girl, but if I had, I would have said, ‘Hey, stop that shit. Go get it in the c*'”.
Robinho admits he is worried about his image
In audio also released from the podcast, before being sentenced Robinho was worried with the investigation directorate. “If this shit comes out in the press, it’s already the Cup [do Mundo], it was already marriage. Again accused of rape. Then I’ll say a lot of bullshit, fuck my image, that shit again,” the now ex-athlete shot.
