Argentinian actor has more than 30 surgeries to look like Ricky Martin and nearly loses his eyesight

the Argentine actor Francisco Mariano Javier Ibanez revealed that she had more than 30 plastic surgeries to look like the singer Ricky Martin. In an interview with City magazinethe artist also said that, in the midst of these operations, he almost lost his sight.

Francisco said he was the victim of a doctor who mistakenly injected industrial oil into his face. After the liquid got into his eye, he sought help from another professional.

“It started a long time ago when I was told I looked like Ricky Martin. I took it as a joke, but I started making changes and the resemblance increased. I took a picture of him, realized I liked him and I liked everything in life, when I like something, I go for it,” she said.

“I had oil on my eyebrows and eyelids and it was falling off. Another doctor took it off, but the scar remained. Now I have contact lenses because otherwise I can’t see. The injected fluid was getting into my eyes. When he gave me the injection, I was sleeping, I woke up in a lot of pain and my whole face was swollen up.”

The desire to look more like Ricky Martin arose after Francisco participated in the Argentine reality show Weight question, where he lost 92 kg. In another interview with the Clarín newspaper, the actor reflected:

“I wanted to feel good, a normal person. I didn’t want that. I was abused by my brother. I wanted to be someone else, I don’t know if I necessarily wanted to be Ricky Martin, but to be someone else.”
