Actress Deborah Secco went through a weight loss process and ended up in the hospital after losing 30lbs for the character

Deborah Dry she plunges headlong into playing her characters and has already ended up in the hospital for this dedication to her work. This happened because she had to go on a strict diet to lose 16 kg in a short time.




The actress revealed the story exclusively to the show What is this story, Porchat?. The perrengue took place in 2014, for the film Good luck. In the storyline, Deborah played a character with HIV in the 80s.

“One day, it was green juice, a quarter of a papaya and that was it. I was very busy, I went to the gym, I worked out. I spent two, three hours on the treadmill. I started filming and everyone was very worried. Surprisingly I had a vitality”the actress said.

At the end of the recordings, Deborah tried to resume her previous eating routine, but it took a while for her body to get back to its normal rhythm. “I ate it all at once and ended up in the hospital. It was difficult”he concluded.
