The complex is located on the Costa del Sol, in Málaga, in the south of the country, and is part of the footballer’s hotel chain

Besides being a footballer, Lionel Messi he is also an entrepreneur. He is one of the partners of the Majestic Hotel Group company and has its own hotel chain, MIM (Hotel Messi & Majestic).




The group has hotels in various tourist destinations in Spain, such as Sitges, Mallorca, Andorra, Baqueira and Ibiza. The player’s latest investment recently opened on the Costa del Sol in the province of Malaga in the south of the country.

The building is located within the marina of a residential space called Sotogrande and overlooks the Mediterranean Sea, allowing views of the Strait of Gibraltar and the coast of Morocco.

“The MIM Sotogrande Club Marítimo Hotel has the most complete facilities, an excellent professional and personalized service and the exquisite decoration of the prestigious interior designer Pascua Ortega,” states the institution’s website.

Rates vary according to room and booking period. A night in the cheapest suite on a Sunday in September, with breakfast included and no possibility of cancellation, costs 157 euros, approximately R$ 830.

In the most expensive and luxurious room in the hotel, on a weekend in August, with breakfast and the possibility of canceling up to 48 hours in advance, you get to 769 euros, just over R$ 4,000.
