After more than 14 hours of surgery, the Preta Gil team issues a medical report
According to a statement from the Sírio Libanês hospital, Preta’s conditions are stable and the surgery was uneventful. “Patient Preta Maria Gadelha Gil Moreira yesterday underwent surgery for the treatment of rectal cancer”, begins the note.
“The surgery was smooth and, at the moment, she is awake, in good general condition, with normal clinical parameters, undergoing postoperative care in the intensive care unit“, they concluded.
