The famous make-up artist Ricardo Luiz Milane Tavares, 46, known as Rico Tavares, who has been missing for two years, was found on the night of Thursday 24.

He was found in the Alberto Torres State Hospital (Heat), in São Gonçalo, in the metropolitan region of Rio.

According to the Civil Police, he was located by agents of the Whereabouts Discovery Police Station (DDPA). After two days of searching, the makeup artist was found unconscious in the unit.

The DDPA continues to investigate the case to clarify the circumstances that led to the accident in which the makeup artist died.

Actress Danni Suzuki used social networks this Thursday, 24, to launch an appeal on the disappearance of Ricardo Tavares, Rico, her friend and make-up artist.

According to her, Ricardo was last seen on Tuesday leaving a farm in Itaboraí, in the state’s metropolitan region, and on his way to his new home in Itaipuaçu, in the same region of Rio. Along the way he would disappear.

Also according to the actress, Rico left the house around 12:30 to take some plants to the new land.

“He left the house with several plants in the car. He was going to sleep at my house on Wednesday, since we would be recording together on Thursday,” he said. However, Rico has not heard from Danni or his boyfriend.

“Her boyfriend called me early yesterday morning saying that he [Ricardo] he hadn’t come home. But I knew he had a job, so I was waiting to see if he would show up. He never lacked service for anything. When he didn’t show up I knew something serious had happened,” he said.

The actress also said she sent him several messages throughout the day, but received no response. She also went to the make-up artist’s house in Itaipuaçu to look for him. She was there with Rico’s family. For the actress it could be noted that he didn’t even get there.

“He didn’t enter the house. The dog was hungry, without food,” she says.

In a publication made on her Instagram profile, Danni reiterated that her friend is one of the “best make-up artists in our country! A wonderful, creative, cheerful and more than magical being”.

According to her, the federal traffic police have already searched the places where the make-up artist’s car drove and are cooperating in the investigation.

On the networks, other celebrities who know Ricardo have also launched an appeal asking for help to get information on the whereabouts of the make-up artist. Actress Cláudia Ohana wrote: “Great make-up artist, a very dear person has disappeared. Please, let’s try to find her.” Presenter Fernanda Paes Leme also shared the poster of the make-up artist’s disappearance and asked, “Ricardinho is an incredible guy, make-up artist to RJ and friend to so many friends! Please spread the word.”
