What Philip Kirkorov looked like when he was first seen in the USSR: tears of emotion!

Philip Kirkorov learned at an early age what the life of an artist is like: he grew up in a creative family and from the age of five he accompanied his parents on tour. However, fame did not come to Philip immediately. We remember when he first appeared on Soviet television.

Pop singer Bedros Kirkorov and his wife, concert host Victoria Likhacheva, taught their only son to behave properly in public, not to be shy in the eyes of others. It helped him a lot: in 1984, young Kirkorov entered the musical department of Gnesinka and graduated from a prestigious university with honors.

Of course, talent also played a role: nature endowed Philip with a beautiful voice, and the advice of his parents and an excellent musical education helped him to improve.

And in November 1985, the first appearance of Philip Kirkorov on Soviet television took place. In a duet with his father, he sang the song “Alyosha”. She was well known at that time, she was performed by Alla Ioshpe and Stakhan Rakhimov. A sad and poignant text is dedicated to the monument to the Russian liberator soldier in Plovdiv, Bulgaria:

– Does the powder turn white in the field
The rustle of the showers of the Island
Standing on Mount Alyosha

These words have been penetratingly deduced by Bedros and Philip Kirkorov.

For the first appearance in front of a large audience, Philip chose a simple white suit, effectively emphasizing the height and height of the future king of Russian pop music. How different this outfit is from what we see on Kirkorov today!

The performance in the Wider Circle program was an excellent springboard for the young performer. Within a few years he became the star of the Leningrad Music Hall and soon met Ilya Reznik and Alla Pugacheva.

Having become famous, Philip repeatedly went on stage with his father: their joint performance of songs always touches the audience.
